Can somebody explain to me what I should do?

Okay, everyday I walk by some rooms at my house, work, ECT. And I see people who are talking, but then I notice that it's a place where only few should be and I look back and I see nobody which creeps me out alot... I also rarely hear voices talking and things floating over me
