To the people on here who attack vegans/vegetarians-?

I'm just curious what you think is lacking in a plant-based diet (besides taste- that's a personal choice). Protein is easy to get through beans and tofu etc., B12 you can get in vegemite or supplement form etc. So what is this magical nutrient that vegetarians are lacking exactly?
