Help me with losing weight?
Your weight is usually a fairly simple equation involving the number of calories you burn and the number you put in. Often it's carbohydrates that make you fat (e.g. bread/rice/pasta), but don't stop eating them altogether as you need to keep a balanced diet. Basically if you exercise enough, you shouldn't need to starve yourself or deny yourself the things you like as long as you keep the calorie input/output balanced. The key is portion control, you could start weighing what you eat and keep count of the calories. You may feel hungry for the first few weeks as your body adjusts but eventually you'll feel much better. Find some low calories foods you like and eat more of them to make yourself feel full. As for the nuts, look up the calorie values of various nuts and switch to the ones with the lowest value.
