Do you find that science teachers lack teaching skills?

I'm sitting here extremely frustrated after working a problem for 3 hours and not getting an answers (physics). i'm thinking about my teacher who is the typical old, mean lady who is always in a bad mood. and even my bio and chemistry teachers were just like this. my teacher is very knowledgable and i have no problem with physics. i just think science teachers nowadays might be deficient in imparting knowledge. it makes me so upset i've never had a good science teacher. its the same with math except this year i got one in precalc that makes it somewhat interesting and fun.
