Exercises that help tone and lose belly fat best answer gets 10 points?

I exercise on five days a week and I do just about every exercise but I am having and have always been having difficulties with losing belly fat. I am a lacto ovo vegetarian (I consume dairy products and eggs but I do not eat meat or fish) I usually eat vegetables, rices, tofu, milk, etc. What exercises should I do more of and how often and that kind of stuff. My belly is 34 1/2 inchs ..i'm not rushing it or hoping to lose it all in one day or anything like that I just want to have a slimmer and toner belly before summer ends. Please list exercises, and how many reps and include any other useful information. The most helpful answer will receive 10 points! Thank you =)
