It is possible that he could have an allergic reaction. I have severe allergies myself to grass and pollen, and egg. there is no definate way to be sure unless he trys it. Reactions usually aren't life threatening, but rashes are common. You can tell if he has had a reaction within 30 minutes. Hope it helped!
