Hi, i am 14 years old boy, weight 180, height 5,4. i am trying to lose 20-30 lbs in 2 1/2 months (78 days) i started in June 10 2011 Hoping to lose the weight in August 29 2011 :D. It has been 3 days since i started and i was wondering if it is possible because my dieting is no rice,soda,meat,diary foods, but only wheat bread,fruits,salad,chicken breast,tofu for the whole 2 1/2 months. I excersize 1 hour in the morning with running,and basketball,then health rider machine then i play basketball outside for 3-4 hours.
