Hi! So I need to lose five pounds because I accidentally gained them and I have no idea how, because people come up to me and ask if I've lost weight! LOL go figure... Anyways how do I go back to my old weight? In my apartment there is a gym, detox tea, laxatives and I only eat organic food and white meat. And I drink soymilk and have tofu (just thought I should mention that) c; thanks!
