I want to make the transition of becoming a vegetarian I'm lost on developing a meal plan because when I eat?

meat I feel full and satisfied. I also don't crave anymore food. I do eat a lot of fruits and veggies but not big on salads. I never had fake meats or tofu. Please recommend me any foods that I should try that preferably aaren'tcrazy expensive. My biggest challenge about making this switch is I think finding enough foods that I like to eat that don't have meat and feeling satisfied on a plant based diet.
