I am a college student and I....?

Feel That I chose the wrong career. I'm studying dental hygiene and I felt this was really what I wanted but more and more my cooking hobby is turnin into my "dream". If I drop out of college for culinary school, I will lose my scholarships and I'd have to reapply for a whole bunch o stuff without guarantee that'd I get into culinary school, but I have extensive knowledge about food for my age. What should I do, what would you do? And please ignore my name "pink_panda" was what I chose I when I was nearly 12... But apparently there's a douchebag floating around yahoo answers named jonathon who feels the need to point out that my name makes me look stupid.
